How do I return the Retro Game Box for service?
If after troubleshooting, we determine that to properly resolve the issue would require us having the Retro Game Box in front of us to further diagnose and repair or replace, you will be given an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number1 that must be included on the package as well as inside the package. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number1 will be provided by email as well as provided inside your account. The reason we ask for the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number1 to be displayed on the package is that we will know exactly what is inside the box. The reason we ask for the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number1 to be printed and placed inside of the package is in case the outside RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number1 is damaged and unreadable.
After receiving the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, print out two (2) copies and include a copy of your receipt:
- Place one (1) printed copy of the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number1 inside the box and a copy of your receipt.
- Wrap the Retro Game Box with bubble wrap and/or other shipping material
- Place the cushioned Retro Game Box (along with all accessories that we provided to you) inside of the shipping box
- Securely and properly tape the box shut
- Print the Return label to ship us the Retro Game Box
- Place the printed RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number1 somewhere on the outside of the package – preferably printed on the shipping label
- Tape the box securely, drop off package to be shipped
– We suggest shipping the Retro Game Box with both tracking and insurance2
- Retro Game Box (RGB) is not responsible for return shipping and fees for tracking and insurance. The buyer assumes all responsibility. In some extremely rare circumstances we may pay for the return shipping, but it is completely at our discretion. It is up to us to offer, do not ask, you will automatically be denied.

1 Items returned without an RMA# will not be replaced under warranty, repaired, refunded any of the purchase price, or even returned to you.
2 We strongly suggest both tracking and insurance to best guarantee we receive the item(s) in good condition; the insurance amount you covered the package for could be reimbursed to you, and you could purchase another Retro Game Box and/or item(s) to replace the lost or damaged item(s) during shipment return.
