The short answer is no. The more detailed and complicated answer is – partially.

Due to the nature of this physical piece of advanced hardware; we cannot take the chance at losing hundreds of dollars each time we sell one of our units.

We do offer a 30-day money back guarantee, however. If interested, please be sure to read and follow our 30-day money back guarantee.

Also, we are looking at reputable escrow services that the customer can utilize at their expense. The way the escrow service would work is:

  • Customer purchases item(s) from us, but the payment is held by a third-party escrow service.
  • We then get notice the customer purchased an item from us and paid the escrow service for the product(s) including all taxes, and also whatever fee the escrow service charges.
  • Then we manufacture and test every item the customer ordered.
  • Once we have completed the customer’s order, and tested every item ordered, we ship the items with signature required tracking.
  • When the shipping company delivers and obtains the signature, the money is released to Retro Game Box (RGB) to officially pay for your order.
