The amount you will be refunded will be minus the license fees, and any deductions for scratches or cracks hindering us from reselling the item(s) without repairing them.

Having explained our policy, you will get your money back. We will ask why you are returning the item(s) and will offer to help troubleshoot the item(s), where applicable, before refunding your money if you agree. It is not necessary to accept the troubleshooting to receive your refund.

It doesn’t matter what the answer is as to why you are returning the item(s). We ask to see if there is something we can help you with, or something we should possibly be doing differently. Honestly, if you say that you need your money back to pay bills instead, or the item(s) are the biggest waste of money – these will not disqualify you from receiving your refund.

Scenario 2:
We ask why you are returning item(s).
You say that you need the money back to pay bills, buy groceries/gas or anything else, and are within the 30-day money back guarantee period.
Refund Granted.

Scenario 3:
We ask why you are returning item(s).
You say the item(s) are pure garbage and not worth the money we charge for it and are within the 30-day money back guarantee period.
Refund Granted.

Basically, as long as you follow the directions in our Refund and Returns Policy and are within the 30-day window¹, you cannot be refused your refund.
